Program for CapacityBuilding in Research (PCBR)
Program for Capacity Building in Research (PCBR) takes systematic approach to foster the culture of capacity building inresearch through a sustainable and consistent method. This is a routing program, through which trainer and trainee complement each other in research.The people having interest in research are registered for individual and group based training in research methods. PCBR also registers senior academicians who can train others in various areas of research. This program will impart training to researcher, especially young faculty members who have ability andwill to grow in research. PCBR is a network of skilled and novice researchers,who connects them with each other as a teacher and taught.
PCBR Operation
PCBR facilitates networking between research learners andresearch trainers through a well managed program. The registered people forresearch learning are named as “IRP participants” and provide consultancy fortheir research related problems. IRP participants are served by the coordination office of IRP. The research related queries are entertained bytrainers, named “IRP Professionals & IRP Associates “. The trainers andtrainee are registered from pure, social and applied sciences. All the servicesare in the form of consultancy and subject to the availability of resourcepersons.
