CSDM realizes that enormous volume of data is being generated daily in all walks of life in Pakistan.This significant data has failed to contribute in the well-being of Pakistani community due to poor management.

Centre forTraining &Development (CTD) is a specialized centre in the area of training in research methods and procedures. We provide series of workshops on various parts of research process, with major emphasis on hands-on-practices through softwares. Training and development ensure the continuity of best practices, emergence of new ideas and capacity building of persons involved in operations and management of any system. Trainings in research methods are one of the emerging fields in the world. As number of break-through researches have significantly supported the development and growth of this world, various trainings on research methods and procedures enhance the quality of research, build capacity of researchers, increase confidence of research user and ultimately impact the outcome and value of entire research activity.
Institute of Research Promotion isserving research community for last four years and building capacities of researchers. CTD has developedexpertise in number of research methods, software and specialization in various research issues. CTD offers established modules, customized workshops, membership program and short courses, specially designed for capacity building in research. CTD conducts workshops, organizes conferences and collaborates with other universities/institutions for these kinds of R&D related events.
